Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Refunds Not Permitted: By using our services/products, you agree that all payments made to Angel Face Salon LLC are non-refundable. You acknowledge that once payment is made, it is final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Chargebacks
2.1 Prohibition on Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate a chargeback dispute against Angel Face Salon LLC for any reason. A chargeback refers to a dispute initiated with the User's credit card issuer or bank, requesting a refund of a payment already made.
2.2 Legal Agreement: You acknowledge and agree that by making a payment to Angel Face Salon LLC, you waive any right to a refund and agree not to initiate a chargeback against the Company. If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this Agreement, you agree that this document may serve as evidence of your consent to waive your right to dispute the payment and to overturn any chargeback initiated.
3. Legal Consequences
3.1 Enforcement: In the event that you violate this Agreement by attempting a chargeback after agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree that Angel Face Salon LLC may take legal action to recover any and all damages incurred as a result of such chargeback, including but not limited to legal fees and costs.
3.2 Validity of Agreement: This Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable against you upon your acceptance thereof by using our services/products and making a payment to Angel Face Salon LLC.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
4.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using our services/products and making a payment to Angel Face Salon LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
